New neighbor has many bird feeders & bread on ground. Gazillion birds trodding, pecking & pooping on my roof!?

What do I do? My new neighbor is attracting blackbirds, mourning doves etc. with his bird feeders and bread crumbs, don’t get me wrong, I love birds too, but they are everwhere! They perch all over the top of my trailer roof and t.v. antenna pecking and pooping…everywhere. I have bird seed in my washer and dryer vent AND he sweeps off his area over to mine! OMG! I tried talking to the old fart as he was filling up bird feeder and he just ignored me. I asked him if he would please put them on the other side of his trailer and he said he would not be able to see them then. GRRR
Oh, and since he has put bread crumbs out I now have a stray cat living under my trailer, what next? A skunk or a coyote? HELP!

Put up a new bird feeder?

1) The bird feeder will be put on top of a vertical 4" by 4" post. The residents want the post to be 2.5 metres high. To make the post sturdy, you must bury it at least 0.5 metres. If a 4" x 4" post costs .79 a foot, how much will the post cost?

2) Once the post is buried, you need added support. You attach wires 1.5 metres up from the base of the post on either side. The wires are 1 metre from the base. Wire costs .25 a foot. How many feet of wire will you need and how much will it cost?

3) The bird feeder will hold 1.5 L of bird seed. How many pints will it hold?

4) A bolt is needed to attach the feeder to the post. At least 1/2 inch of the screw must penetrate the wood to be secure. You also need to put a 1/8 inch washer in between the screw and the wood. The screw must go through a 1 inch board, the washer, and penetrate the wood. Determine the minimum length of screw required if the screw type is sold in 1/4 inch increments.
